This is some great exposure for the team, and exactly what we've been saying they needed for a while. Let's hope this translates into some renewed interest for a new book.

For those of you that saw my drunken excitement a few months ago; the above panel was why.

The best surprise appearance coming out of last week's books was definitely found in the backstory of Extraordinary X-Men #8 featuring Magik, Dr. Strange and Sapna. The single panel cameo shows Michael actually using his magic to accomplish something, rather than sitting quietly at a bar or bleeding to death somewhere near the North Pole.



Hopefully all of these cameos by our friends begin to amount to something more than simple page filler.

Definitely a good question, as to why all this mystical power was required to move the school. Another might be why certain members of this group were involved? The slow leak of details related to the Mutant vs Inhuman issue definitely has some intriguing elements.
