How do you pronounce "Shaman" ?

I actually pronounce it, "Hey, it's that magic-baggie guy, eh!"

Magpie?



I guess Shaman's one of those words with no specific pronunciation?
Though as Snowsquatch posted, there's always the X-Men cartoon to go by.
