    In Volume 2 it was stated that Mac had the cyborg parts de-aged from his body.
    However it's unsure if that was just a lie to cover up the Clone.
    The cyborg parts were never mentioned afterwards.

    I took it as a lie to cover the clone. Though even the clone seemed to have E-M powers even without wearing the suit in the Wolverine issue where he was killed
