What this means is completely unclear at this point; it could be a new AF title, it could be more digital versions of the original run or it could be a brand new digital only title because as Rich Johnston notes Trademarks cost money so it's unlikely that this means nothing, but could just be that the digital versions already released weren't properly Trademarked to start with.
However, at the other end of the spectrum; whilst the trademark is registered by Marvel Characters rather than Marvel Studios a lot of the other titles listed do have film/TV series' in the work, something also noted by comicbook.com and with the recent news of Marvel properties coming to Netflix and the upcoming Big Hero Six film could a live action or animated AF series be in the works?
UPDATE - THE NEW TRADEMARK ONLY COVERS DIGITAL COMICS, NO FILM/TV OPTIONS:
The full Trademark details can be found at http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp
The first use date is January 22nd 2013 - which is the day that the Byrne run was launched digitally on the Marvel App/ComiXology, so that kind of answers that.
Just for comparison the 1983 one is:
